I was having the exact same issue. When I opened SSMS 21 today (Dec 22, 2025) I got a notification for a new upgrade to 11.3. I installed that and reopened SSMS 22 and it is now showing again. I would recommend skipping 11.2 and go to 11.3.  / comments
