That has been my experience - upgraded when installing on a new laptop, now it does this, which it didn't used to do. / comments

Hi @FredK I believe this is more of a failsafe to make sure that no changes are, if any were made. I'm afraid I don't have a way to turn that popup off. If it's a task you are running regularly, you could automate it through the command line. Simply save a batch file that contains the SQL Data Compare command. Set it up on an automated schedule (or even just execute it manually), and it will do the same process as what the GUI does.

Always asks to save project when exiting
I am running SQL Data Compare v 15.3.6.25729. I open a project, run the compare, deploy, and close, and it asks to save changes. I have made no changes...
