I noticed cleaning up the Redgate cache folder also does the trick .... C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Source Control 7\Caches / comments

Hi I got the same problem, missing checkboxes to select individuall files in the commit tab. This happened after Win11 install. It is not workable this way... / comments
