Hi there, You will need to update the data retention policy in Configuration -> Data settings -> Data retention which will effectively delete all data older than the retention time specified. Hi there, You can login with the regular account and then RUN-AS the admin account for SSMS and other apps. You can just use your Redgate ID to login, as long as you have an internet connection. If not, then we can manually activate. The license is tied to the Redgate ID, the application is tied to whichever user account you installed it to. If SQL Compare is also installed under the admin account then you can run it using that same account and also use the same Redgate ID to activate Let me know if you have any other questions. / comments
