I'm having the same issue. Uninstall and Reinstall do not work either. I just found the fix on another post. I'm good thanks. We've had some compatibility issues with the new SSMS 18.5 release. They should now be fixed, though! Could I ask you to try installing the tool from the below links rather than from the SQL Toolbelt installer? SQL Source Control  / comments
