I have vs 2019 Community version 16.3.5 installed. I believe that is the latest. I have tried downloading the vc redist directly from microsoft and installing and it says a newer version has already been installed. Which makes sense because vs 2019 would have installed one. When looking at control panel to see if I can uninstall vc redist it says version 2015-2019 is installed. / comments
