I had a previous version of 10.0.4 installed and this was not an issue. I updated to 12779 yesterday and the problem has surfaced. Its really annoying. Is there an easy way to revert to a previous build? Or please fix ASAP. Thanks / comments

It is working as designed. The red x will close it. Dismiss will make it go away for the balance of the session. I want it to go away forever. / comments
