I have SSMS and SQL Prompt installed locally. I connect to several different customers via various VPNs. I have one customer where intellisense is not working on any of their servers. It works fine for all my other customers. I have a colleague in the same situation with this same customer. Works fine every but not at this customer. So it must be a server configuration, permissions, or vpn issue. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? What permissions do I need to look for? Thanks in advance.

Could you confirm what type of VPN it is you are using? Also what version of SQL server it is you are connecting to? -
