The error I get in 'C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Shared Client\Log' is: Failed to get permit. No response from server. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required. Which is understandable - as this is a server that does not have internet access. How can I license the application(s) offline? / comments

I am getting this on a server that is not connected to the internet that we are installing Redgate tools on - in the past there was the ability to license offline. Whilst not SQL Prompt - it is SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare and is version 14.0 of both. When I click Activate it comes back with the same error listed above / comments
