I just upgraded to 12.1.28 and this error is back. I dropped and restored a database and now every 10 minutes SQLMonitor throws the error similar to the above, referring to the database as though the name and id were the same.  / comments

We are actually working on updating from 10.1.4. As of this morning the page is working and the link takes me to release notes. It appears everything has resolved now.  Cheers, Joe Harkins / comments

I found my own answer. It appears that if one opens their eyes, there is a "View YAML" button in the edit screen in Azure Devops pipelines.  I am unstuck and only mildly embarrassed.  Cheers, Joe H. / comments
