Hi RichardL The problem is that a regular expression in the data line is needed. How the regular expression should be depend on the data you wish to import. An impossible solution. The result is that i bought sql essentials and sql prompt together som 600 Euro and i can not use it. I certain will not recommended redgate, sorry greetings mawi / comments

hello richardL thank you for the reaction assumption I have a rich experience of sql data bases i created a database with only one table to test redgate essentials. id as integer,firstname as varchar,lastname as var char, street as varchar i run redgate 4 as prescibed the data for firstname lastname gives good results however street gaves encrypted data the regular expression in the streetline shows (A-Z0-9)* if i put a curious reg expression which i found somewher like ([1-9][0-9][0-9]?) N0rth [ east .... a very long not understable expression After filling in and restart the pc the data were correct Curious I am curious what an expert may say to that greetings from switzerland / comments
