This helped me out too - i'd like the framework to be included for some (e.g. local dev / CI) but not all (production) environments, so this setting is useful. It's not very 'clear' for a beginner this though - i'd like to see this as an option in Visual studio and ideally in SSMS too on the road map for SCA (As configuration appears to happen in a few different places and at different levels of granularity).. / comments

Thanks all, we are now using development for source control and the change was seamless (we committed all changes and then used a backup to ensure the two were the same). / comments

Hi Alex, absolutely - we're looking to do to make sure things are done in the right way, rather than, as you say, retrospectively committing changes.Moving it from prod to pre prod (also Dev as we only have the two environments at present) is the first step towards doing things correctly.
