SSDT for Visual Studio 2017 : https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=863927 I believe it was in the main menu bar, but now that you mention it, i do see it in the sub-menu of Tools. Upgraded with vsix. So since this is in the sub-menu of Tools I suppose this can be ignored. / comments
