Hi,
It looks like your certs are ok. I believe it is failing during the “upgrade-insecure-requests” handshake.
I don't get a cert error, I get a protocol error.
It happens on many sites for RedGate (and also other orgs).
I believe it has to do with the security protocols supported by your server. They do not seem to be compatible with what my organization is requiring.

I think this is an issue for the IT department for Web Server security configurations. / comments
