Is Redgate familar with the SSL error associated with many Redgate sites?

Redgate websites are not accessible due to ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Can you provide more details like the URL and have you tried two browsers? Is it the main www.red-gate.com site? documentation.red-gate.com? You posted here, is it an issue from another location or computer?

I have had this issue with some MS sites if I'm using Firefox, but Edge and Chrome will work.

    Hi,
It looks like your certs are ok. I believe it is failing during the “upgrade-insecure-requests” handshake.
    I don't get a cert error, I get a protocol error.
It happens on many sites for RedGate (and also other orgs).

I believe it has to do with the security protocols supported by your server. They do not seem to be compatible with what my organization is requiring.

Is there something your organization requires for protocols that you can share?

I'm not an expert in this area, but here are some findings.
    Test The Server:
    https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html
    Test the Client:
    https://www.howsmyssl.com/

I think this is an issue for the IT department for Web Server security configurations.
