I'm late to the party as usual, but it's been a really interesting past five months. I started a new job and am on a database team, but so far my role has been more of a developer (working on tools for database automation.) The best part though, is that they're really trying to do the whole DevOps thing. I'm sure it's not perfect, but it's much more of an effort than I've had in any previous role. We're not at the point of continuous integration yet, but I really hope we will be there in a few months. Perhaps I can even convince them to use some Redgate tools [image] / comments

We had our highest-ever attendance at SQL Saturday Chicago! (Thank you to Redgate for sponsoring!) That kept me plenty busy last month, and actually into April as well with finalizing everything and getting the ball rolling for next year. / comments
