Please could you try the formatting files with this version of SQL Prompt (http://download.red-gate.com/EAP/SQLPro ... .0.176.exe)? I think you should then see the same results as me. Hi ogrishman Thanks for reporting this issue. Sorry you're having problems. It seems like the parentheses options are clashing with the list options. Please could you post the code sample in the format you'd like it to be in? We can then make sure we get it working as expected. Have you noticed this problem in any other statement types or is it just inserts? Many thanks Harry / comments

Hi ballanda Currently we don’t have any known issues like the one you’re describing. If you could turn on SQL Prompt’s verbose logging and send us the log file we can check if SQL Prompt is doing anything when SSMS hangs. The documentation explaining how to do this is here: http://documentation.red-gate.com/displ ... +log+files. You can email the log file to the team at sqlpromptteam@red-gate.com. Alternatively you could uninstall SQL Prompt and see if the problem persists. If you do, please let us know if it makes any difference. Cheers Harry / comments

Hi Torsten We believe we've fixed this issue in the latest release (7.3.598). Please give it a try and let us know if you have any more problems.
