Hi @MSSQLCS,
Thanks for getting in touch!
SQL Operations Studio is something we have investigated briefly however at this stage we haven't added it to our roadmap. Are you using it for day-to-day SQL development?
You can see our latest roadmap on the Redgate website -- SQL Prompt Pro Roadmap

Hi @vfrank66,
Just a quick message to say thank you for all the detail here. It's really useful to hear how you think SqlOps could help solve some of your problems with SSMS and jumping through all the steps in CI.

Hi @BuckleyRE,
Thanks for getting in touch. We have logged your first two requests as bugs under references SP-6829 and SP-6830.
Regarding your question "Is it possible to disable a rule with a comment so that the rule applies in general but not on some lines?", we have an open suggestion on our UserVoice portal to add this functionality. https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/94413-sql-prompt/suggestions/32531393-code-analysis-disable-rule-for-specific-cases
Would it be possible to vote/comment on it there so that we can collect feedback together?

Hi @chrisleonard,
Thanks for getting in touch and for the detailed feedback, much appreciated.
It is currently possible to enable/disable code analysis via the top level menu "Enable Code Analysis" in SSMS. You can also enable/disable individual rules via the "Manage Code Analysis Rules..." or inspection sidebar. Does that solve your issue or is there some additional you would like to configure the signal to noise ratio?
With your second idea around having ANSI standard column alias styles, would it be possible to submit it to our UserVoice forum? Then we can gauge the level of interest from the community and collect additional information.
Best,

Hi @Oddvar,
Thanks for getting in touch [image]
I am having trouble reproducing the issue as I can use two folders:
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 9\Snippets
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 9\Snippets2
And the snippets update when switching between them.
Is that the same scenario as you are trying to achieve? Does that work for you?
Would it be possible to post the central repository of snippets as a feature request with some more description on our UserVoice forum? That will allow other users to vote so we can gauge the popularity of a request. UserVoice forum

Hi @rgelb,
Thanks for getting in touch. We've done a number of releases since 8.0.7, so the latest version 9.0.6 may work better for you.
Would it be possible to update to the latest version SQL Prompt 9.0.6? Download SQL Prompt 9.0.6
Please let us know if the intellisense issues persist and will try to investigate further.

Hi @GarryB,
Thanks for getting in touch. Yes you are 100% correct, the maximum number of rows you can insert in one statement is 1000 when using INSERT INTO ... VALUES ... . When there are more than 1000 rows we use the full INSERT syntax.
I've got a couple of quick questions if that's okay:
Would you prefer the full INSERT statement to be on the same line? Are you able to achieve that with the formatting settings? What's the procedure to "strip out the value for each row"?
Best,
