Hi
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with adding square brackets. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue using your script. Are you highlighting the entire script then running "Add square brackets" (Ctrl + B, Ctrl + B )?
What version of Prompt are you using? If you're not on the latest version (7.2.2.273), could you upgrade and see if the behaviour is the same?
Thanks

Hi Lucas971
We actually improved the datetime support a little while ago after we had similar suggestions from a couple of other users. If you upgrade to the latest version (here) then exporting should work as you described.
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for your suggestion, the best place to log it would be on our UserVoice forum which we use to help track and prioritise new features (plus you'll get notified when we have a new build ready, along with anyone else who's also interested).
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for reporting this, unfortunately there’s no way to stop this behaviour with the current formatting in SQL Prompt. However, we are hard at work on adding a much more powerful formatting system which will give you much better control over this behaviour.
When we release the new formatter we’ll announce it on the forums so keep an eye out for this.
Thanks

Hi emf411
Currently there's no setting to change the behaviour of NULLs exported to Excel.
The best way to log this would be to create a request on our UserVoice forum. Uservoice helps us track and prioritise our work and you'll get status notifications (along with anyone else that's interested).
Thanks

Hi
You can indeed sync your settings (and snippets) between installations of SQL Prompt. You’ll need to change the location that these files are stored in to either a synchronised location (such as a Dropbox or OneDrive folder) or a source controlled location (like a Git repository).
Information about changing the locations that settings and snippets files are stored in can be found here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/disp ... et+folders
We have had a UserVoice request for a more integrated solution. If that's something you'd find useful then please add your vote: https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/94 ... ippets-etc

Hi
Thanks for posting. It looks like the forum might have stripped out some of the whitespace in your examples. We have a UserVoice request for controlling how nested IF ELSE statements are formatted here: https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/94 ... ing-of-els
If this looks like the same formatting style that you would like, please add your vote and you’ll get notified as soon as we release a build with this functionality included. We’re currently hard at work developing a new, more powerful formatting engine.
Thanks

Hi
I assume this error message has been returned from an old query stored by Tab History. If the database has been renamed then the old credentials associated with that query will no longer work. You’ll need to manually connect to the renamed database before you can execute this query.
Thanks

Hi ravendarksky
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the Developer Suite installed. Since that installer deals with multiple products, it’d be best to send an email to support@red-gate.com with this information. They’ll open a support ticket and work on troubleshooting any issues with you.
Thanks
