Thanks for your post.  
The latest version of SQL Prompt (version 8) no longer supports SQL Server 2008 R2. If you still need to use this then you will need to install SQL Prompt version 7 for this.

Could you please try uninstalling then reinstalling the software again and that should solve the issue.

Apologies that you are experiencing this issue. We are aware of this and you can resolve it by updating to the latest versions of both SQL Prompt and SQL Search if you have it.

Unfortunately, the command line functionality is only available in the SQL Data Compare pro version so as you're using a standard SQL Data Compare license you will be unable to use it.
