Even if you have the current version, it may be a good idea to uninstall ANTS Profiler, remove anything from the %programfiles%\red gate\ANTS Profiler 3 folder, uninstall any RedGate.Profiler.* assemblies from %systemroot%\assembly, then reinstall ANTS Profiler. The file version of the installer is 3.1.0020. When I get some time I'll see if i can reinstall and let you know what happens. / comments

Then I did an uninstall/install install again and got the same results. / comments
