Command line generates faulty script
When I use the command line to generate a script to synchronize this table with one that doesn't have the DF_COMMENTS_FLAG_ID constraint or the DF_COMMENTS_DATE_CREATED default:
CREATE TABLE [dbo]....

The root emelent is missing
I'm trying to synchronize table's structure only from an explicit list with an argfile, but I get this error: The root element is missing.
What am I missing here?

I found the answer in SQL Data Compare FAQ's.
If SQL Data Compare causes you to run out of hard disk space, you may want to move SQL Data Compare's temporary workspace to another drive or folder. To do this, go to the Control Panel, double-click System, then click the Advanced tab, and finally, Environment Variables. Edit TMP and replace the path with the temporary folder you'd like to use. In order for the change to take effect, you must log out of Windows and back on again. Note this setting will affect other programs as well. / comments

Running out of disk space with data compare
I am running out of disk space on my c: drive before the compare is finished. Is there a way to redirect the output of temporary files generated to another volume?
