Ok I figured it out. It's my mistake, I had the settings to "Show identical values in results" turned off. I wasn't expecting this to be turned off, but as I said, it was a recent install of the Data Compare, so I wasn't expecting this behaviour. *mea culpa* Thanks. / comments
