Thanks for taking the time to write that. They all seem to make sense - the main case I could think for with this was execution order of events.
I can't promise anything right now (or any time that soon [image] ) but we are discussing the future of the profiler at the moment so any comments to help us on our way are very welcome.

Out of interest what sort of bug/problem would this functionality help you fix or understand? Understanding what you are trying to do will help us evaluate adding this sort of functionality better.

Right click on the menu bar, choose customize and then drag the SQL Prompt menu item off the tool bar and drop it - it will then disappear and shouldn't come back.

SQL Backup 5 is the latest version, you can download a trial version from http://www.red-gate.com/ - if you have v4 already and a support and upgrades then it is free.

Hi Jason,
We don't currently support changing the format of the log file however it might be worth while looking at reporting under the tools menu in the UI as this can give you access to summary information about failed and warning backups which occur across one or more servers.
If this doesnt do what you want then let me know and I will log a feature request for future versions of the tool.

I'm sorry you have hit this issue. An easy workaround is to right click to the right of the help menu and choose customise you can then drag the ANTS menu off the menu bar and drop it, it will then go away.
