Last information I have on this is that there will be a printed edition that will be given out for free at conferences and that will also be for sale through various channels. However that information is from when we just started working on the book. As Grant already said, a lot of time has passed. The world has changed, perhaps the plans have as well. Grant or perhaps Tony might know more. Cheers Hugo (Technical editor for the book, and at least as excited and proud as Grant is!)
