Nigel, Thanks for your reply. I sent the logs in one ZIP file. I did not try to restart the Alert Repository before reinstallig. I did not have to activate licenses. They were activated when I connected to the repository. Terry / comments

Peter, The service is started and has been running since installation. Regular backups occur. The only problem is getting the client to work on this server. Terry / comments
