I haven't monitored multiple instances on the same server. But here is a thought. Stop monitoring it all but don't delete the old data. Then re-add it only checking the instance you want to monitor. / comments

Interesting. I don't see the Website folder in that path either, I only see a Web folder. To make the upgrade be successful do I just create a Website folder in that path then? / comments

I upgraded to version 7.1.8.9306 and over the weekend a SQL Server that was monitored was restarted and we got the same issue. I restarted the base monitor and the monitored server went green. Could this be some bug that it cannot connect to a monitored server after it restarts? / comments

Thanks for the reply. Restarting the SQL Monitor base monitor did the trick. I don't know why I didn't think about trying that. / comments
