The sqlbackup Extended SP is NOT in the table, BUT it still says it exist so I can't install. Where can it possibly be? / comments

Can't do that either. It won't let me drop it saying that it doesn't exist and it won't let me add saying there's already a SP by that name. Where would this object exist? Or what table is it in? Thanks / comments

If I try to run sqlbackup I get a 'MSG2812: Could Not find the Stored Procedure ' master..sqlbackup'
It's not listed in when I just run exec sp_helpextendedproc.
I'm wondering if I have to restart the SQL service maybe. it's production so I have to wait. / comments

I've tried that already. The stored procedure is not in sysobjects. There is no sign of it but I can't install extended SP / comments
