Hi @CyberDBA,
Apologies, we do support Windows Server 2012 but we accidentally left it off of the requirements page. I'll make sure that gets updated. In any case, you'll get a 14 day trial period when you install, so you'll be able to make sure everything is working before deciding to purchase.
I hope this answers your question! / comments

Hi @Nick O,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem. If you uninstall version 1.7.3 first and then try the 1.7.4 installer again, does it let you install? / comments

Hi @altond,
Thanks for the feedback. We've added a one pixel wide black border to the window so hopefully it should stand out a bit more in the future. / comments

@NedBush Sorry to hear that. Are you able to manually start the Redgate Client service? This is normally the last thing that the installer does so I think if you can get the client started then you should be good to go. / comments

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Is it only SQL Search that has this problem? Are you able to copy and paste from other SSMS windows?
If you're still having this problem then I would recommend creating a support ticket so that one of our technical support engineers can look into this properly for you. / comments

When you say "does not appear to work", does it act like normal but there's nothing on the clipboard when you try to paste? I've checked in version 2.4.4 and it works for me, so it's definitely implemented.
Are you getting this error? -
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio: Unsaved documents cannot be cut or copied to the clipboard from the Miscellaneous Files project. You must save the unsaved document(s) before cutting or copying them.
If so, then there is a fix - https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SS2/Unsaved+documents+cannot+be+cut+or+copied+to+the+clipboard+from+the+Miscellaneous+Files+project

@PatrickS I'm fairly sure that it's not supported in SQL Source Control either, although its developers will have a better idea than me. I'd definitely recommend posting in their forum or submitting a support ticket. / comments
