We can work around the issue for now with some manual scripting in the build process, but I'm looking forward to being able to use the migration scripts feature in the upcoming release.

I see that in the documentation now. I'm not sure it's a typically expected behavior for command line tools, but I guess it's my bad for not reading more carefully.
