Hello,
Thanks for your question on the SQL Compare SDK. For DACPAC's while there are no built in methods to access and compare them, if in your application you unpack them and write them to a format SQL Compare can look at then you should be fine. I would think writing them out to a scripts folder would be the easiest but I have not done this process myself. / comments

Hello Dave,
Thanks for your question on SQL Source Control and comparison options. We do have the same option available. If you click a DB that is source controlled, go to the setup tab, scroll down to the section "Options just for this database", the click on "Comparison options". The one you're looking for should be at the top. / comments

Hello Bert,
Thanks for you question about SQL Compare and whitespace. We don't have a way for our tools to format the whitespace before the compare but we do have an option that ignores whitespace. This option is normally on but in your case it may be worth it to turn it off and see if this solves the issue. / comments

Hello,
Thanks for your question on SQL Compare. One thing that could be different from machines is the options and mappings done, so make sure both machines are say using the defaults and that both are deploying all dependencies and then see if the scripts are still different, thanks. / comments

Hello Jan,
Thanks for your question on the Ignore File Groups option. I don't think there is a way to do this. Once the option is ignored there is no way to partially turn it off, it will always be fully ignored. It might be possible if using SQL Source Control as well to create a migration script that would handle the partitions and file groups but this may be tricky if it is changing a lot between deployments. / comments

Hello,
Thanks for your question on our filters in SQL Compare 11. Unfortunately object level is as granular as our filters get within the tool, if they have a naming pattern you may be able to setup a filter based off of that manually. https://documentation.red-gate.com/disp ... ng+filters / comments
