Format object before compare

Is there a way to format a stored procedure before the compare? Possibly remove white space and then format each side of your compare so that the comparison is easier to see differences? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello Bert,

    Thanks for you question about SQL Compare and whitespace. We don't have a way for our tools to format the whitespace before the compare but we do have an option that ignores whitespace. This option is normally on but in your case it may be worth it to turn it off and see if this solves the issue.
