Same here.  Repairing seems to have resolved that problem.  But then if I click SQL Source Control "Options", I get the SQL Source Control error "Cannot locate resource 'images/producticon16x16_fullcolour.png'.", and SSMS 18.6 (15.0.18338.0) crashes. Same problem suddenly started occurring with one database using version 7.2.20.12234. Logs show " A duplicate definition was found for the column xxx" exceptions. Why? Column, by definition, cannot be duplicate. / comments

This issue still/again exists in SQL Prompt Version 9.5.19.11631. In renaming a column used in the where clauses of filtered indexes, the column name was not modified in the CREATE INDEX statements. / comments

I'm experiencing the same problem today. I tried to link and synch source control & got the infamous "A duplicate definition was found for trigger..." error. I went into the existing source control file, found the duplicate, removed it, & checked in. I then committed outstanding changes, & the duplicate reappeared, obviously fabricated by Red Gate Source Control. So I manually removed the dupe again. Please fix this Red Gate!
