I found a workaround. I have multiple sites defined in IIS using virtual hosting. I added a new port to my main site and ran the profiler with that port and it worked. / comments

It doesn't seem to have made it into v7 yet [image]
This feature is really important for us to get rid of a ton of false positive matches. / comments

This sounds like an excellent idea, but I have a feeling it requires Microsoft to make it possible as RedGate just hooks into their backup API. I would add a feedback on connect. Link it if you do and I and others will vote it it. http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback / comments

"Does it pick up the dependency to the stored procedure if you 'include dependencies'?"
Yes, but I've found that can sometimes add unexpected and dangerous changes to a deploy script so I never include that. I wish I had a good example of why I'm afraid to do that. I came to that conclusion literally years ago and I don't recall what led me to it.
It seems like in a situation where the change script will outright fail and with something as innocuous as just recreating the SP's that this situation should be handled without having to check that checkbox for include dependencies. / comments
