Please could you provide the following:
What is the type/version of the database you are accessing?
What API are you using to make calls to the database?

Thank you. / comments

Good Morning,
What minor version are you using please?
7.2 was released last week, and it gives you the ability to profile a SQL Express database.
7.0 did not offer this feature.
You can upgrade from within the Profiler using 'Help > Check for Updates...', or download the latest version from: http://www.red-gate.com/products/dotnet ... -profiler/ / comments

Hello,
Would you please send supporting files to our support; saved results files, log files, screenshots etc.
Support email: support@red-gate.com
Please state the general problem, or perhaps reference this thread.
You can get log files from: 'Help > Open Log Folder...'
This is easiest if you order the contents by the modified date, so you can find the log for your latest profiling session.
Thanks. / comments

Hello,
The current Early Access Program (EAP) builds for the Performance Profiler implement filtering that can be defined by the user.
When viewing the Call-Tree or Method Grid, right-click on a method and the context menu will show some options for defining filters (e.g. Show Only Blah, Hide BlahFoo).
The EAP page is here: http://help.red-gate.com/help/ANTSPerfo ... d_eap.html
Hope this helps. / comments

No problem, glad it solved this for you.
I should of also pointed out that ANTS Memory Profiler 7.4 also supports SharePoint 2010 too. / comments

Users of ANTS PP v6 can also try to make use of this workaround that is outlined here for AMP: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/content/ANTS_Memory_Profiler/knowledgebase/amp_sharepoint_2010
However, this is by no means fool proof.
ANTS PP v7 does have dedicated support for SharePoint 2010. / comments

This is not exactly what you are requesting, as this requires some manual inspection.
When you are select a method, green timing bars are displayed in the upper region of the timeline.
These bars represent the times the method was run - if the method was run 3 times, 3 bars will be shown.
You can click on each bar which will narrow the timeline region to the start/end time of that method bar, and all times will be updated (for that method it will be the time taken for that 'hit' of the method). / comments
