Hello, Thank you for your inquiry into SQL Prompt. Regarding excel crashing I was, unfortunately, unable to replicate this on my end using the same versions of Prompt, SSMS, and windows 10. Does Excel perform normally outside of attempting to open in SQL Prompt? I have also provided the Microsoft documentation for excel being unresponsive just in case. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/excel-not-responding-hangs-freezes-or-stops-working-37e7d3c9-9e84-40bf-a805-4ca6853a1ff4 Best, Dustin / comments

Hi Josh, Thank you for your inquiry into SQL Monitor. Deadlocks and blocking process alerts are instance-level alerts, not database-level alerts. There are a couple of ways to check which belongs in what category - the easiest is going to Configuration > Alert settings, drilling down to the level of one of the entity types and selecting it, and then seeing what alerts you can customize at that level: [image] here you can see that neither deadlock nor blocking process alerts are shown. I hope this information helps. Best, Dustin / comments
