Hi Josh,
Thank you for your inquiry into SQL Monitor.
Deadlocks and blocking process alerts are instance-level alerts, not database-level alerts. There are a couple of ways to check which belongs in what category - the easiest is going to Configuration > Alert settings, drilling down to the level of one of the entity types and selecting it, and then seeing what alerts you can customize at that level:
here you can see that neither deadlock nor blocking process alerts are shown.

But if we drill down into this database, we cannot see alerts for a specific database. In this example 4 alerts on TempDB do not show:
I can also see the 4 events in the Redgate database setup for SQL monitor:
At this point I am unsure what needs to change. It appears that the errors are being recorded by SQL Monitor, but just not displaying in the browser for some reason. Any advice?
