Couple of things to check...
Try using IE to open the following URL...http://testserver01/Store/SiteCacheRefr ... ingCaches'.
Is the IIS web site where the Commerce site is configured set to use host headers? If so, try adding the machine name as a host header for the site and see if IE will then work on the URL.
Also, check that the app pool that the web site is running under is set to use the correct identity. / comments

I have been trying to get the .NET Reflector to work with Visual Studio 2010. I keep clicking the option to install it,
but once I go into Visual Studio, there is no .NET Reflector menu option. It IS listed in Add-Ons and appears enabled.
Am I the only one this is happening to?
Thanks! / comments

This weekend, I worked on decompiling 'yield return' statements. The C# compiler is performing quite a bit magic to make 'yield return' work, and the decompiler must be aware of all this magic and be able to revert it.
After two days of hard work, I'm happy to announce that ILSpy (starting with 1.0.0.528) can now decompile enumerators.)) / comments
