This is the standard Red Gate software product license, in use for a wide range of products and accepted by our customers worldwide.
We do update our licensing agreement fairly regularly and I will make sure your comments are put forward the next time this is done.

The licensing is per user, so if you wanted to license 10 developers you would need to buy 10 licenses - they can then each use their license on multiple machines.
