After looking at SqlDataCompare /? I found the solution to this with the following. There are other flags for passwords and such. The helpfile was very helpful. c:Program Files (x86)Red GateSQL Data Compare 12SQLDataCompare.exe /Server1:YourServer1 /database1:SourceDatabase /Server2:YourServer2 /database2:DestinationDatabase / comments
