From what I understand, SA will automatically pick up on directly referenced assemblies but it sounds like in this instance you may have to create separate projects for each of the loosely coupled assemblies.
I would start with all the SA options turned off and slowly turn features on one by one until you either get the protection you want or hit a specific problem. If you do hit a specific problem you can usually work around it by using custom attributes as detailed here: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... .0/toc.htm

Sounds like you want a load tester [image] I don't think you can do this with ANTS Performance Profiler alone. You can however do it with the test suite that comes with visual studio 2010 ultimate edition.
Alternatively you may be able to integrate some load tests with the profiler by following these instructions: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... 408011.htm

As I said in your other post, getting sa to work with silverlight can be a bit problematic. You'll have to exclude bits of your code to get it to work. Alex Davies also has some helpful suggestions here: http://www.red-gate.com/MessageBoard/vi ... hp?t=12271

Did you build both the client and the service with SA? Have you tried using the sdk (you can find it in the installation directory of the SA)?
