For those experiencing problems with the second early access release of SQL Prompt 5, could you try the third early access release and post how you get on?
We have fixed a number of bugs so it would be good to get feedback on any issues that remain.
Thanks,
Paul Stephenson

Thanks for your report. We're looking into it.
If you want to roll back to the first Early Access for now, uninstall SQL Prompt 5 using the Control Panel and then reinstall 5.0.0.224.

Hi William,
Thanks for your report.
This looks like it is fixed in Early Access release 2 (5.0.0.365). Could you give it a try and tell us if it is still a problem for you?

markv: Is SQL Prompt 5 still installed (check the Control Panel)? Which version of SSMS are you using? Does uninstalling and reinstalling SQL Prompt 5 make the menu come back?

Hi ceacl,
If you want to remove the old menus manually, you can go to Tools -> Customize -> Toolbars -> Menubar -> Reset .
Then restart SSMS to make the SQL Prompt 5 menu re-appear.

I use the Qualify Object Names command in SQL Refactor especially when I am writing a script in a database I'm not familiar with or if I'm giving my query to someone else. Are there plans to include this in SQL Prompt 5?
Yes, we will be including Qualify Object Names in SQL Prompt 5.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! We've realised that some configurations do not support side-by-side installations of SQL Prompt 5 and SQL Refactor.
To try out SQL Prompt 5, please uninstall SQL Refactor first. You may need to uninstall and re-install SQL Prompt 5 too.
Note that every feature in SQL Refactor will eventually become part of SQL Prompt 5 Pro. Smart Rename, Split Table and Format SQL are already included.
