No worries. It should actually be the computerName\SQLserverInstanceName. If you right click on "Computer" (from the start button), and choose properties., you should be able to find your computer name there.
The string you enter in Options is essentially the same as what you enter in SSMS for "Server name" to connect to your SQL server. / comments

Thank you for your post. Are you able to see any useful information in the SQL Server error logs? Also, can I check--are you checking SQL Management Studio from the same machine? / comments

As Dene suggested, it would be useful if you could send us your results and log file. Kindly send them in an email to support@red-gate.com with "F0061603" somewhere in the subject. Thanks! / comments

Hi Kira,
Your Internet Explorer may be running in protected mode, making your application start and quickly terminate. From our "Troubleshooting IIS Profiling" article (http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... _start_iis):
To prevent this error:
•If possible, turn off Protected Mode in Internet Explorer before starting a profiling session.
•If you need to use Protected Mode, add localhost to the list of trusted sites, and try to profile your application again. For instructions on adding a site to Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites list, see Security zones: adding or removing websites (Microsoft).
I hope that helps! / comments
