Thanks, on one of my servers where the SQL Backup server components are installed I am getting the above symptoms but the registry hive HKLM\SOFTWARE\Redgate does not exist. This means I cannot add the SkipChecks key to this server.
Please advise as to how to fix this.

Thanks I checked out the whole project, ran sqlcompare and then checked it all back in. I don't have time to check the differences, so this solution works great for me at the moment. Thanks! / comments

You could script them out easily if you don't have many. If you have lots then use some kind of automation with SMO. / comments

Thanks David - that does help a lot. However, I'd still prefer to be able to see a column for the schema as you do in SQL Compare (although you still call it owner).
I'd like to submit that as a feature request (and call the column schema, not owner).

I can see the problem you are having and have subsequently raised an enhancement request internally.
However, I'm unable to give any timescale at the moment as to when it may get done.

Hi Chris,
Any idea when this feature will be released? I have many schemas in my database and some of them have tables with the same name. This feature should be treated as urgent.
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I generated a synch script (took about a day to generate), with the resulting file 157 GB. This file failed to run using sqlcmd at the commandline.
Have a bulk option would be very useful indeed when comparing databases with large data differences. / comments
