Same problem here: We have to use VMware Horizon VDI machines. All our SQL Prompt users have to re-register SQL Prompt after every re-login, since the license engine recognizes an installation on a new machine on every login (what is technically true). Thus, the usage experience is very cumbersome.

This is really a pity. SQL Search seaches everywhere, even in job step definitions, but it misses to seach in column base_object_name in sys.synonyms even in version 3.5.2. We would greatly appreciate to see this in SQL Search. We just missed several linked server occurrences in databases because they were encapsulated in synonyms that were not found. / comments

I love SQL Prompt because it saves me from doing nasty, boring things like pressing Tab-Tab-Tab-Tab-Tab or figuring out the exact syntax of a statement by auto-completing it. / comments

SQL Search up to 2.4 finds all occurrencies of a provied string (of course it does and it's great in doing this). However, sometimes it would be useful to ignore occurrencies in comments.
