Hi Rahul,
Thanks for your feedback. I've managed to reproduce the issue with comments and white space. I have made a fix and this should be included in the next frequent update of Compare. This will be available next week. The bug reference is SC-9167.

Hi Rahul,
There was an issues in SQL Compare 12.0.33 with the textual difference highlighting incorrectly marking white space as a difference in objects when the "ignore white space" option was set. This has been fixed in 12.0.39, which is available on our frequent updates channel and will be rolled into a default release soon.
This should not effect if the stored procedure is marked as different in the upper grid though. I'd be interested to know if the update resolves the issue and if not if you could get in contact with our support team (support@red-gate.com) so we can get some more details from you to reproduce the issue here.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, it does look like something a little strange is happening here. I've logged a bug with reference SDC-2216 for us to look into this.
I believe that the underscores are being treated by WPF as an indicator that the next character should be a keyboard hotkey to move to that element. There should be a way to switch this behaviour off which should fix the issue. / comments

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback on V12. Could you confirm where in the results summary you are referring to that you only see the server name. This should be fairly easy to get added. / comments

Thanks for that. I think I've managed to reproduce the issue here. Comparing the results in V11 it appears that the tabs should still in the same positions but we should be referring to them as left and right in this context rather than source and target. I will get this logged and fixed for you in an upcoming release. / comments
