Generating Scripts
Currently, while sync there is a option to edit script in the SSMS. But is it possible to open those in one instance of SSMS as separate tabs rather than opening them in separate instances.

This might be a small issue.
you shouldn't have the option of comapring same database which is possbiel right now.
Comapring with backups
Does SQL Compare supports only full backups not differential backups
General Comments
I think there is a vast improvement in SQL Compare 8.0. specially in the area of synchronization. It is much fater than before.
Also, UI seems to be much simpler provided that sqith option is enabled.
Searching option in syncronizing wizard
in the current synchromiztion wizard, at the syncronization tab u have the option for search.
It will be better to have option to select , whether user need entire word or part.
Dependency order in views
I have a view which is referenced to another view.
When I generate synchronizing script it doesn't show them in the dependency window hence running into error in the scripts
