Hi again- so the way it works is that you will need a different *serial number* (as opposed to a different "license") for the build server. You'll get all the right numbers, once purchased.
I think, from here, it will be quickest to our sales guys, they will sort everything out : +44 (0)870 160 0037 / comments

I'll need to ask the sales team about this as I haven't heard anything. Do you just mean licensing conditions or are you also enquiring about possible discounts (if ANTS is only used in command-line mode)?
PS Thanks for a brilliant world cup! [image] / comments

Yes- we'll get to the bottom of this one quickly, I'm sure. Were you able to send off an exception report to us? (If the dialog came up automatically). / comments

Could you get a mini-dump please and we'll analyze that here. / comments

Could you let us know if you have the .pdb files for the services available in the same location?
Also, log files may be useful, if you can send these through. You'll find them in Help > Open Log Folder.
Could you also give us a few details about the configuration of the AppPool in IIS for the application in question? / comments

Yes- the percentage values are always with respect to *all* the data that has been selected (default- all of the data).
You get 100% per core.
Does that help you to see the consistency in the results you are getting? / comments

OK, thank you. I think you will find that if you use the "CPU time" filter, you will successfully be able to ignore these high-latency calls (you won't even see them any more as they will be insignificant (in terms of CPU time)). / comments

Sorry- there's no facility to filter based on specific methods (only methods with/without source). You may be able to get this to work by "hiding" the pdb file for the Receive method (as long as, obviously, this doesn't hide data that you do want to see)- the profiler only knows is source code by finding the PDB fil . Then just ensure you use the "methods with source" filter.
If you find that you are seeing a lot of real time (wall clock time) spent in the receive function- ensure you are using the "CPU time" filter.
Other than that- as I say, the application is not designed to exclude specific methods- sorry. Can I ask *why* you want to exclude this data- it won't affect the data for the methods you *do* want to see so why bother excluding it? / comments
