hmm, seems a little backwards!
Can you close sa and then use process explorer to see what is holding on to the pdbs? what happens if you move the pdbs in question then try to build without debugging infomation? / comments

Hi Roger,
1. I'm not entirely sure how best to measure that, as it depends on what level of obfuscation you apply. I think the best thing I can do is give you an idea of what code should look like before and after obfuscation. it's detailed here: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... 032210.htm
2. There is a fair amount of information here: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/P ... rtAssembly in the "learning SmartAssembly -> using SmartAssembly section near the bottom of the page / comments

The profiler does take up considerable resources, and more for longer periods of time. Generally speaking you may be able to reduce the number of performance counters for slightly less of a performance hit. How much memory are you running on your XP machine? / comments

For ASP.NET (web-site) applications, you must ensure that the debug flag in web.config is set to true. This file is always in the root directory of the web site.
If that isnt working, you can try to match the pdbs with their corresponding assembly in the GAC or use the technique of creating a global cache, as explained http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... wledgebase\ANTS_Profiler\KB200708000133.htm
If none of this works, please can you send your ANTS logs to support @ red-gate.com with F0037196 in the subject line, you can find them under the help menu, open log folder option. / comments

This seems like a bit of a strange one. Can you check that 'C:\xxx\xxxPlugin\bin\Release\xxxPlugin.dll' exists? Please can you send your {sa}proj file to support @ red-gate.com with F0037043 in the subject line.
To determine if an assembly is protected or not, you could try using reflector or another de-compiler to view the code in question.
I notice you're also on v5.0.0.284, you may want to consider running the check for updates. 5.1 has been out for a couple of weeks and fixes a couple of nasty bugs. / comments

If you haven't seen them already, there are a whole bunch of tutorial videos here: http://www.red-gate.com/products/ants_m ... /video.htm
While they are not necessarily specific to wpf, the principles behind them can be utilized in the same way. / comments
