Hi- can you clarify exactly what you mean by "have smart assembly used within C Sharp"? Do you mean porgrammatically run it?

The issue is virus writers seem to repeatedly use our Smartassembly product. All our product also use it and so everything gets tarnished- week after week.
For now, we'll let them know about this false positive and in the future we may automatically submit our code to them so it doesn't happen. / comments

If you get the message that ",assembly name> is not a .Net module" there's nothing reflector can do to read the data. You'd need an unmanaged disassembler for that.
If you don't get that message but you can't see code, you can switch Reflector to attempting to read the IL of the assembly (there's a language drop down at the top).
